Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund policy below for information on what is eligible and how to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products and instant downloads

  • Custom and personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@thecraftary.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not return any items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • The Craftary is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Refunds may take several days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
