Custom Order Policy

At The Craftary, we love creating one-of-a-kind pieces made just for you! Because of the personalized nature of these items, custom orders follow a different set of policies. Please review the details below before placing a custom request.

What Qualifies as a Custom Order

A custom order includes any product that is:

Personalized with names, dates, or specific text
Designed to your requested colors, sizing, or style
Created from scratch based on your unique specifications
Modified beyond what’s available in a standard listing

Order Process

Submit your request through our website or via email at hello@thecraftary.com.
We’ll confirm details, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.
Once approved, you will receive an invoice or checkout link to complete your purchase.
Production begins only after full payment is received.

Proofs & Revisions (If Applicable)

For designs or digital custom work, we may provide a proof or mockup before finalizing.
One round of minor revisions is included if needed. Additional revisions may require an added fee.
If no response is received within 3 business days, we will proceed with the original design as submitted.

Turnaround Time

Production timelines vary based on complexity and order volume but are typically 7 business days.
You’ll be notified of any delays due to materials, design approval, or peak seasons.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products unless there is an error on our part.

Errors or Issues

If you receive a custom item that is incorrect due to a mistake on our end (e.g., misspelling, wrong design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: We are not responsible for errors based on incorrect information provided at the time of order.

Ownership & Design Use

All custom designs remain the intellectual property of The Craftary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to share custom work (excluding personal details) in our portfolio, website, or marketing unless requested otherwise.
